UAVMODEL Order cancellation & Refund $ Return Policy (For Custom Products)

Important Notice:
The majority of products sold on our site are custom-made (personalized to your specifications, design, or requirements). Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we immediately begin production. As a result, custom products are generally NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. Please verify all details carefully before placing your order.


1. Non-Refundable Custom Products

  • Core Policy: All custom products (including items tailored to your specific design, dimensions, materials, graphics, or functionality) are FINAL SALE once production commences.

  • Reason: Your payment triggers immediate procurement of materials and initiation of the manufacturing process. These items cannot be resold to other customers.

  • Customer Responsibility: You must thoroughly review all customization details (design files, specifications, quantities, shipping address, etc.) before purchase. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Order Cancellation Window (Strictly Limited)

  • 24-Hour Conditional Cancellation:
    You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of payment ONLY if production has not yet started (e.g., materials not sourced, production not scheduled).

  • Approval Not Guaranteed: Cancellation is subject to our confirmation of production status. If approved, a refund may be issued (minus payment processing fees). Once production begins, ALL cancellation requests will be denied, and full payment is required.

  • Critical Reminder: Due to rapid production initiation, we strongly advise confirming all details BEFORE purchasing. We cannot honor cancellation requests once manufacturing is underway.

3. Exceptions: Defects or Errors (Our Responsibility)

We will address issues only if caused by us:

  • Manufacturing defects/damage (unrelated to shipping):
    Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence to sales@uavmodel.com.

  • Non-conformance to approved specifications:
    Report within 48 hours of delivery with evidence comparing received items vs. order specs.

  • Incorrect non-custom items shipped (if applicable).

  • Resolution: Verified cases will be resolved via:

    • Free re-production of the correct custom item, OR

    • Partial/full refund (mutually agreed).
      ⚠️ "Changed mind" or "disliked product" does NOT qualify.

4. Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

  • For standard, non-personalized products (if any):
    Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery via sales@uavmodel.com.

  • Conditions:

    • Item must be unused, in original packaging with tags.

    • Pre-approval required – unauthorized returns will be rejected.

    • Customer covers return shipping costs (unless error is ours).

  • Refund: Issued to original payment method after inspection (minus original shipping fees). Processing may take 5-10 business days.
