The Xingtuo solid‑state drone battery series (22 Ah / 27 Ah / 30 Ah) uses high‑energy‑density lithium polymer cells with an energy density of 275 Wh/kg, delivering extended flight times at the same weight. Designed for industrial drones and high‑power applications, it offers excellent rate discharge performance: continuous 3 C discharge and instantaneous peak up to 10 C (≤ 3 s) to meet take‑off, hover, and burst power demands. The battery pack includes a built‑in balance charging port and strict charge/discharge management, ensuring a cycle life of up to 800 cycles (0.5 C / 1 C discharge). The factory voltage is stable at 44.4 V, and it has passed high‑ and low‑temperature performance tests (–20 °C discharge capacity ≥ 70 %, 55 °C discharge capacity ≥ 98 %), making it suitable for various harsh operating conditions. The three models differ only in capacity, weight, and dimensions; all other electrical parameters are identical. Users can choose based on flight time and payload requirements. Each battery comes with a balance connector and optional power cable terminals, supporting standard balance charging. Please specify your desired connector type when ordering.

All three models share the same nominal voltage and all electrical performance parameters. They differ only in rated capacity, weight, and physical dimensions. The 12S 22 Ah is the smallest and lightest; the 12S 30 Ah is the largest and heaviest; the 27 Ah is in between. Choose based on your drone’s payload capacity and required flight time.
Q2: How do I choose the right model for my drone?
First, verify that your equipment supports 44.4 V. Then measure your battery compartment to ensure the chosen model fits. For longer flight times, opt for higher capacity, but keep in mind that added weight affects flight performance.
Q3: How should I set the charge current and voltage?
The standard charge current is 0.5 C, with a maximum of 1 C. The charge cut‑off voltage is 50.4 V (4.2 V per cell). Always use a professional charger with balance function and never exceed the specified voltage.
Q4: What should I pay attention to during discharge?
Continuous discharge current must not exceed 3 C; instantaneous peak must not exceed 10 C for more than 3 seconds. The discharge cut‑off voltage is 38.4 V (3.2 V per cell). Never over‑discharge.
Q5: What is the cycle life of the battery?
All models offer about 800 cycles at 0.5 C charge / 1 C discharge, 100 % DOD; and about 500 cycles at 1 C charge / 3 C discharge, 100 % DOD.
Q6: How should I store the battery for long periods?
For long‑term storage (over 3 months), keep in a cool, dry place. Perform a charge/discharge cycle every 3 months. Maintain storage voltage between 45.6 V and 46.8 V (3.80 V – 3.90 V per cell). Storage temperature: –10 °C ~ 35 °C, humidity < 75 % RH.
Q7: What charge level should the battery have during transport?
During transport, the battery should be at 40 % – 60 % charge, with each cell at 3.7 V – 3.9 V.
Q8: Can I continue using a battery that is swollen or deformed?
No. Swollen or deformed batteries are extremely flammable. Stop using immediately and dispose of properly.
Q9: What happens if I reverse the polarity?
Reverse polarity is strictly forbidden. It can cause short circuits, battery damage, fire, or even explosion.
Q10: Do I need to supervise the battery during charging?
Yes. The charging process must be monitored at all times to prevent accidents.
Q11: Can the connector type be customized?
Yes. Please specify your preferred connector type when placing your order, and we will configure it accordingly.
Q12: Is there any performance difference among the three models at low temperatures?
All three models perform identically in low temperatures. At –20 °C, 0.5 C discharge capacity reaches at least 70 % of rated capacity, making them suitable for winter or high‑altitude operations.
Usage & Safety Notes

During charging, keep away from flammable materials. Use only a designated professional charger and follow the wiring instructions strictly. Never reverse polarity or short‑circuit. Charge current must not exceed 1 C. Use a balance charger. Maximum voltage per cell is 4.2 V – do not overcharge. Charge temperature must be between 0 °C and 45 °C.

Discharge current must not exceed the specified limits; exceeding will cause swelling and reduce life. Never over‑discharge – the minimum voltage per cell is 3.2 V; going below causes permanent damage. Discharge temperature must not exceed 65 °C.

Strictly forbidden: heating, throwing into fire, or placing in environments above 60 °C. Do not immerse in water or get wet. Do not short‑circuit with metal conductors. Do not pierce with sharp objects, disassemble, or use batteries with severe scratches or deformation. Do not store or carry with metal objects (necklaces, hairpins, coins, screws, etc.).

Storage: keep in a dry, cool place at about 23 °C ± 5 °C. If not used for a long time, perform a charge/discharge cycle monthly. Waste batteries must be properly packed and placed in designated recycling bins.

If during use, charging, or storage you notice heat, odor, discoloration, deformation, or other abnormalities, stop using immediately. If leakage or pungent odor occurs, move away immediately.
