Xingtuo Lithium Polymer 12S 320 Wh/kg Drone Battery Series (25Ah / 33Ah) features high‑energy‑density cells reaching 320 Wh/kg, providing longer flight times at the same weight. Designed for industrial drones and high‑power equipment, it delivers excellent rate capability: standard discharge 0.5 C, continuous discharge 3 C, and instantaneous peak 10 C (≤ 3 s) to meet take‑off, hover, and burst power demands. The battery pack includes balance charging ports and strict charge/discharge management to ensure cycle life: ≥ 800 cycles at 0.5 C charge / 1 C discharge (100 % DOD), and ≥ 500 cycles at 1 C charge / 3 C discharge (100 % DOD). The factory voltage is stable at 42 V ~ 43.2 V, and each model has been verified for high and low temperature performance (see specifications below), suitable for various harsh operating environments.

This series offers two capacity options: 12S25AH (25 Ah) and 12S33AH (33 Ah). Some electrical parameters differ (e.g., discharge cut‑off voltage, operating temperature range). Please choose based on your drone’s payload, endurance needs, and environmental conditions.

For long‑term storage (>3 months), keep in a dry, cool place. Perform a charge/discharge maintenance cycle every 3 months. Storage voltage should be 45.6 ~ 46.8 V (3.80 ~ 3.90 V/cell), temperature -10 ~ 35 ℃, humidity below 75 % RH.

Q8: Can I continue using a swollen or deformed battery?
No. Swollen or deformed batteries are highly flammable. Stop using immediately and dispose of properly.
Q9: What happens if the polarity is reversed?
Reverse polarity is strictly prohibited. It may cause short circuits, damage, fire, or even explosion.
Q10: Is supervision required during charging?
Yes. Always monitor the charging process to prevent accidents.

  • Use the battery only in approved devices.
  • Do not heat or incinerate the battery.
  • Keep away from fire sources or environments exceeding 60 ℃. Do not charge/discharge in such conditions.
  • Do not immerse in water or get it wet.
  • Do not store or carry with metal objects (necklaces, hairpins, coins, screws, etc.).
  • Do not short‑circuit the positive and negative terminals with metal conductors.
  • Ensure correct polarity when installing into devices.
  • Do not puncture with sharp objects.
  • Do not disassemble or solder directly.
  • Do not use severely dented or deformed batteries.
  • Read the instruction manual carefully before use. Improper operation may cause heating, fire, explosion, damage, or capacity loss.
WARNING (Charging and Usage)
  • Do not place the battery in heating appliances, washing machines, or high‑pressure containers.
  • Do not use with dry cells or other primary batteries, nor mix with different packages, models, or brands.
  • If the battery becomes hot, emits odor, changes color, deforms, or shows other abnormalities during use, charging, or storage, stop using immediately.
  • If leakage or pungent odor occurs, stay away immediately.
CAUTION (Daily Maintenance)
  • Keep out of reach of children to avoid ingestion.
  • Read the operation guide thoroughly and understand all precautions before using the battery.
  • Read the device manual before installing or removing the battery.
  • Batteries have a limited life. Replace if device runtime is significantly shorter than usual.
  • Remove the battery from the device immediately after its end‑of‑life.
  • For long‑term inactivity, remove the battery and store in a low‑temperature, low‑humidity environment.
  • Charge, use, and store the battery away from static‑electricity‑prone areas.
  • If terminals are dirty, wipe with a dry cloth before use.
  • Operating temperature must stay within specified ranges: charge 0 ~ 45 ℃; discharge ranges as per model (25AH: -43 ~ 55 ℃; 33AH: -20 ~ 55 ℃). Do not use above 60 ℃.
  • Over‑discharge is strictly prohibited: minimum cell voltage is 2.5 V (25AH, total 30 V) and 2.75 V (33AH, total 33 V). Going below these values will cause permanent damage.
  • Dispose of used batteries properly, wrapped securely, and place in designated recycling bins.
