Hello everyone! Some time ago, a endurance test was conducted using the 6225 motor KV170 in conjunction with the 2113APC propeller. At the same time, a multi-rotor long-term hovering test was also carried out.
Fixed-wing endurance test environment:
The take-off altitude is about 500 meters and the flight altitude is 80 meters. The battery used is four 6S 30000mah semi-solid-state batteries, with two in parallel and two in series providing power for 12 seconds. The flight path is a circular route with a long side of about 600 meters and a short side of about 400 meters, and a circumference of about 2 kilometers.
Test Data 1: Load capacity 1KG, flight speed 20.5m/s, takeoff weight 20.6Kg, flight time 230 minutes, range 290 kilometers.
Test Data 2: Load capacity 3KG, flight speed 21.5m/s, takeoff weight 22.6Kg, flight time 210 minutes, range 275 kilometers.
Test Data 3: Load capacity 5KG, flight speed 22.5m/s, takeoff weight 24.6Kg, flight time 176 minutes, range 242 kilometers.
Multi-rotor temperature resistance test: Takeoff altitude about 500 meters, hovering height 3-5 meters, takeoff weight 25.6Kg, hovering time 15 minutes, ambient temperature 30+℃. Before takeoff, the motor temperature is 40+℃, and the electrical adjustment temperature is 30+℃
After landing, the motor temperature is 79℃, the electric controller temperature is 65℃, the XT90 temperature is 80℃, and the battery temperature is 56℃.
T25 Test Summary:
After comprehensive tests, the T25 has a relatively outstanding endurance under a load of 3 to 5 kilograms. If a longer flight time is required, the flight speed can be appropriately reduced. Wind resistance tests and high-altitude performance tests will be conducted when subsequent conditions are ripe.
