The SF-91X-100M dual-tethered water spray system is primarily designed for curtain wall cleaning and spraying. It replaces the "Spider-Man" drone and improves the efficiency and safety of exterior facade maintenance for urban high-rise buildings, power plants, and chemical plants. This innovative tethering system significantly improves the flight endurance of traditional water systems, eliminating the need for short-term power supply issues for drones. This effectively addresses the last 100 meters of unlimited flight time, enabling widespread deployment. Our company offers electric tethering systems for all water tethering platforms, ranging in height from 50 to 300 meters and in power from 12 kW to 60 kW to meet the needs of demanding clients.

- Tethered devices are not suitable for flight in the rain. Exposing the cables to rain can cause electrical conduction and burn the motherboard. All consequences are at your own risk.
2. Any damage to the motherboard caused by overloading the onboard power supply or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
3. Do not operate this device in direct sunlight. The control panel will absorb heat, preventing the cables from dissipating the heat and potentially burning them. This is also not covered by the warranty.
4. The outer box of this device is normally carried by two people. It must be placed in an air box for shock absorption during transportation.II. Operation Steps
1. First, remove the drone, remove the propeller guards, unfold all propellers, and secure all clips.2. Remove the boom, extend it to its full length, and rotate it to secure it. Insert the boom's quick-release tab into the slot on the drone's belly. Tighten the clips on both sides. Wrap a layer of electrical tape around the center of the boom connector to prevent it from sliding open. Check.
3. Install the battery. Place it in the battery compartment and secure the Velcro to prevent it from moving. Turn on the remote controller and connect the battery input cable to the aircraft. You will hear a beep. The remote controller and aircraft will display a successful connection, and the drone's green light will flash. Wait for the drone to search for satellites. Once completed, take off. Before any formal operation, take off empty to check the aircraft's condition and functionality. Land after it is 2 meters above the ground (this process should take no more than half a minute). Immediately after landing, unplug the battery power cable.
4. Pull out the high-voltage output cable from the tethering box and secure the load point hook. Connect the cable to the onboard module (XT60 connector). Connect the tethered box power cable. Note the alignment of the "four-prong plug." Once aligned, insert it and tighten clockwise to the right. A click indicates it's secure. Check for looseness. Connect the other end to the power supply. This can be a power supply box or a generator. We use a three-phase, four-wire system. Ensure the live and neutral wires are separate (the neutral wire is N). Check for tightness to prevent loose connections and sparks. Ensure the front-end power supply is stable and provides sufficient power. (For generators, check for sufficient fuel.)
5. Connect the water pump power cable to the power supply. This can be a power supply box or a generator. We use a three-phase, four-wire system. Ensure the live and neutral wires are separate (the neutral wire is N). Check for tightness to prevent loose connections and sparks. Ensure the front-end power supply is stable and provides sufficient power. (For generators, check for sufficient fuel.) Fill the water tank, taking care not to exceed the warning line. Before use, remove all hoses and arrange them neatly to prevent tangling. (During actual operation, be careful not to allow hoses and mooring cables to become entangled in trees.) Connect one end of the hose to the water pump and the other end to the boom, and check for looseness. All connectors are quick-release for easy storage. [Do not turn the water pump upside down or sideways during transportation, as this may cause oil leakage and damage the equipment.]
6. Reconnect the battery input cable to the aircraft. You will hear a beep. The remote control will display a successful connection to the aircraft, and the drone will flash a green light. Wait for the drone to scan satellites before preparing for takeoff.
7. First, turn on the water pump generator to test whether the pump is functioning properly. Check whether the water pump remote control can control the water flow. Turn the remote control on and off to verify that it is functioning properly.
8. Turn on the mooring box generator and turn off the main power switch. Adjust the reel torque to the left counterclockwise to the minimum. Once all preparations are complete, you can prepare for takeoff.
9. Take off from the aircraft (make sure the area around the aircraft is safe and clear of pedestrians and trees). Approximately 3 to 5 meters above the ground, press the "main power switch" on the mooring box to turn on the high-voltage power supply. The DC output is 1000V, and the power and voltage parameters will be displayed on the mooring box display on the ground. Adjust the knob to the appropriate position, keeping the cable slightly taut. The cable carries 1000V of high voltage during the mooring box high-voltage power supply. Never touch the cable directly with your hands. If you must touch it, wear professional insulating gloves. In hot weather, open all covers to dissipate heat. If you are flying for a long period of only 20-30 meters, remove all cables in an orderly manner in advance to prevent internal heat from burning.
10. Once the aircraft is airborne, turn on the water pump control switch. Slowly adjust the water pump knob to the appropriate scale (clockwise to the right for pressure, counterclockwise to the left for pressure reduction). Slowly approach the construction surface and begin work. Always ensure safety during work and avoid getting too close to the wall. Ensure there is sufficient water in the water pump housing.
11. Before landing the aircraft, turn off the water pump. Adjust the torque on the tether box reel knob appropriately, keeping the tether box cable slightly taut. Then, slowly descend, paying attention to the aircraft's attitude. Everyone except the pilot should stay away from the landing point. When the aircraft is approximately 3 meters above the ground, turn off the tether box's "main power switch" and adjust the reel knob counterclockwise to the minimum torque.
12. After landing, first unplug the battery power cable. Then, unplug the tether power cable and retract the cable. You can directly adjust the torque or use a hand crank wrench to retract the cable. When retracting the cable, be careful not to kink the cable, as this can easily cause internal cable breakage. After retracting, replace the side cap.
13. After using the water pump, drain all remaining fluid from the pump (use a wrench to open the knob to drain the water). Dry it with a towel and perform routine maintenance.
14. Recover the water pipes using a small reel and drain any water. Be careful not to bend the pipe joints sharply. Prevent crushing during transportation and avoid punctures with sharp objects, which can cause pipe bursts.
15. Retract the drone's propellers, secure them with protective covers, and place them in the flight case.
16. After completing the tethered jet system operation, ensure the cables are dry when reeling them in. If the cables are wet, allow them to dry before reeling. If the cables are damaged, immediately stop operation and return them to the manufacturer for inspection or repair. Prevent electrical sparks. Wear insulating gloves when handling cables during operation.
